Newest Release Provides Powerful Insights and Enhancements to Digital Proofing Functionality, Clarizen-Box Integration and More
SAN MATEO, CA – December 4, 2014 – Clarizen, the leader in enterprise work collaboration software, today announced its new Fall Release, which pulls workplace productivity tools together in a single solution to provide unparalleled insights and context for work. Inspired by customer requests, the award-winning Clarizen v6platform now delivers new customization, configuration, visualization and digital proofing enhancements to power the modern, real-time, high-performance workplace.
“In today’s workplace, priorities, projects and action items can change at a moment’s notice. The modern worker needs easy, all-in-one access to their mission-critical information and a single place to get work done,” said Rachel Haim Hadas, Clarizen VP of Product. “We are enabling workers to customize and configure how they visualize and access their day-to-day work information and project-related data. This increased customization translates to more productive employees, better project visibility and, in the end, quality work.”
Clarizen v6, announced last year, combines true social engagement with powerful project management to redefine enterprise collaboration. Clarizen delivers on its vision of the work graph – organically connecting social context, tasks and projects on a single cloud-based platform – to enable collaboration that drives results.
Key Fall Release features include:
- Clarizen Panels: Users now have a new way to visualize any data – via panel or page – whether internal or external to Clarizen. Users can create any Clarizen view or Custom Page at an organizational level, similar to any other module in Clarizen. As a platform from which users can access all mission-critical work, Clarizen allows users to create panels that show KPIs for portfolios and projects or access external charting tools to create and share project-related charts.
- Clarizen Home: This single page contains all daily work items, cases and relevant conversations in one easy-to-read, easy-to-access singular view. Clarizen Home also includes quick access to common actions, recent items and new items. Users can customize the page to show specific fields and data. The page is accessible from the main navigation and can be set as a user’s default Clarizen landing page.
- Optimized Digital Proofing in Clarizen: Clarizen’s new partnership/integration with ProofHQ allows users to proof any digital file, from a simple text document to commercial videos and Flash applications, in full context with Clarizen workflows, projects and tasks. Workers can now create new proofs and manage them for any uploaded file in Clarizen. The result: a streamlined and simplified review and approval process for design assets.
- Box-Clarizen Integration Enhancements: The expanded integration between Clarizen and Box makes it even easier to use Box’s content collaboration. Box users can now seamlessly connect and view their Box work files and folders from within Clarizen. Workers can also easily create new folders and upload new files to Box directly from Clarizen by connecting them to tasks, work items and projects. Also, users can create folders automatically and include all template files associated with a project to share with project stakeholders. The Work Graph
The way most companies work is broken. First we build work groups, and then we engage in conversations, which may become actions and, ideally, these actions become deliverables. Each of these typically live in disconnected “islands” of activity, managed by different systems. Clarizen is different in that it connects these islands into a “work graph” that is organically created through the act of getting work done. The work graph enables collaboration that drives results, turning every organization into a high-performance operation.
Clarizen is the leader in enterprise-class work collaboration and project management solutions that harness the power of the cloud to get work done efficiently, effectively and with better results. Fast to deploy and easy to use, Clarizen is redefining enterprise collaboration by connecting social context with tasks and projects to drive increased productivity and profitability. Clarizen fuels the high-performance teams of more than 2,300 organizations across 76 countries, including dozens of the Fortune 500. Most recently, Gigaom Research rated Clarizen at the top in its Sector RoadMap: process-based collaboration in 2014 report. Founded in 2006, Clarizen is privately held with offices in San Mateo, California and Hod Hasharon, Israel. For more information, visit clarizen.com.
