New Offering Provides Customers with Access to their Content Across Services
SAN FRANCISCO – [email protected] — March 9, 2015 – Clarizen, the leader in enterprise work collaborationsoftware, today announced its enhanced integration with Box (NYSE: BOX), making it even easier for organizations to manage and share critical materials like documents and projects. With a strengthened integration between the two cloud services, companies can connect files and folders seamlessly between platforms, boosting increased productivity that drives business results.
“More than ever, people are constantly collaborating across organizations, teams and geographies— this makes it crucial that the services they use work well together and provide a seamless user experience within a secure environment,” said Roger Murff, VP of Business Development, Box. “We value our great partners like Clarizen that are committed to evolving their integrations with Box in an effort to address the new way that people work.”
The Clarizen-Box integration allows organizations and users to easily link content between the two platforms and view all files and folders that have been uploaded into Box directly from Clarizen. This allows for users to work with their Box content seamlessly from Clarizen, without impacting Clarizen’s streamlined user interface or advanced configuration platform. Additionally, when a new project is activated in Clarizen, a folder in Box will automatically be created and connected to the project, so that it is consistently pre-populated with the relevant documents.
“The future of work is about facilitating participation, alignment and awareness. A centralized environment for managing discussions, projects, work content and documents is the cornerstone for collaboration success,” said Guy Shani, VP Business Development and APJ, Clarizen. “Our latest integration work with Box underscores our commitment to building a true ‘cloud ecosystem,’ providing customers with a more cohesive and comprehensive solution that allows them to meet business challenges via effective collaboration.”
Through Clarizen’s enhanced integration with Box, customers can:
