Integrations with NetSuite and SAP eliminate the reliance on manual processes that waste time and money
San Mateo, Calif. – March 6, 2017 – Clarizen, the global leader in collaborative work management software, today announced that its users can leverage new pre-built integrations with NetSuite and SAP financial applications to automate the entire project management lifecycle, from initial order to invoicing.
With the newly introduced features, customers who use the NetSuite or SAP integration with Clarizen will gain greater project profitability and efficiency with:
- Real-time financial visibility into customer engagements that is shared between project delivery and finance teams.
- Improved data integrity and time to billing through the automation of key project information, such as incurred time and expenses, completed milestones or percentage of progress to completion.
Clarizen’s flexible integration with NetSuite allows project managers to connect their projects to NetSuite’s resource tracking, project financials, timesheets and expense management modules.
The SAP integration enables project managers to combine project financials with SAP’s general ledger and invoicing capabilities.
“We’re continuously working with our current and prospective customers to improve their businesses, eliminate manual processes and facilitate collaboration among teams,” said Yoav Boaz, VP of Product at Clarizen. “The integrations with NetSuite and SAP are just the latest examples of our work to connect disparate, siloed systems and applications. We can now provide our customers real-time insights into their businesses from both financial and operational perspectives, as well as eliminate the risks inherent to human error.”
Clarizen has partnered with Jitterbit, recently named Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPass) 2016, to seamlessly connect Clarizen users to the NetSuite and SAP real-time APIs via Jitterbit’s Harmony integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) solution.
