Company Addresses Regional Demand for Collaborative Work Management, Names Gary Rubinstein Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand

MELBOURNE and CALIF. – September 8, 2015 – Clarizen, a global leader in collaborative work management software, today announced its new Australian office, expanding its global footprint in the Asia Pacific (APAC) market. Clarizen also named Gary Rubinstein to lead the region as Country Manager, Australia and New Zealand. Gary reports to Guy Shani, vice president of strategic alliances and Asia Pacific Japan, based in San Mateo, California.

The company, which recently closed the strongest quarter in its history, has reported significant growth across all geographies, including a 96 per cent quarter on quarter increase in monthly recurring revenue across Australia and New Zealand, and a 74 per cent year-over-year growth in total bookings. Clarizen has also strengthened its international presence with employee growth of 50 per cent during the past 18 months and across-the-board growth in the EMEA, Latin America, and APAC markets.

To Clarizen, Rubinstein brings more than 15 years of project management, strategic analysis, system and software implementation, and business consulting experience. Most recently, Rubinstein served as group manager and national practice principal at Revolution IT, a Melbourne-based application lifecycle management consultancy that serves the Asia Pacific region. He helped the company’s management expand their vision, which fueled its growth from 30 to more than 200 employees. Previously, he worked with Systems Union Pty Ltd and Cosmos 21+ Group in Melbourne.
