Clarizen’s time tracking software provides users with automatically generated timesheets that are based on the corresponding project plan, resource load and pre-defined billing rates for resources, assigned tasks and work items.
As a result, you can:

• Automatically generate timesheets for each project – every task in the project plan is connected to timesheets – you only need to enter in the information once!
• Enable resources to save time by simply reporting the day and time next to each task
• Allow managers to provide immediate approvals on all submitted timesheets
• Run immediate reports on different summary requests such as a resource’s reported time, a project’s reported time, project profitability, customer billing information, etc.
• Set at a global level, project level or a single work item level and then report if the progress, actual effort or remaining efforts are globally reported or reported by each resource individually
