Clarizen’s Request Management allows you to manage different types of incoming project requests by tagging and prioritizing them, ensuring that any concerns recognized during a project are addressed in a timely manner and do not go unresolved.
With Clarizen, Project Management Software, you can specify the origin of each request to allow you to prioritize them in the future. By linking issues to customers, you can ensure that when issues are resolved, your customers are notified.
- Change Management - Clarizen’s Change Management allows anyone with access to your Clarizen organization, be it internal or external resources, to submit change requests directly into the system including all the relevant details associated with that change request such as description, priority, timeframe and request source.
