Clarizen 3.1 Goes Live

Even though Clarizen 3.0 was released just several weeks ago, another major release, Clarizen 3.1, has been released, featuring the new Collaboration View, enhanced Resource Management, Dashboard Charts and, as always, usability and reporting improvements.

Clarizen's Collaboration View allows you to see all of a project's documents, discussions and notes from a more collaborative-centric perspective.  

Resource Management Enhancements include the ability to see how you are allocating your resources based on their roles, so that you know, for example, if you need to hire another Sr. Developer in the near future. 
In addition, you can now view the load not only in Units (%) but also in Hours so that a user may be allocated at 100% on a given day or 8 hours.

Dashboard Charts & Images - As the old cliche goes, a picture is more than a thousand words, and with the latest release, Clarizen further embraces visualization tools to provide the executive view so needed to manage all the different projects, tasks and related data we are inundated with.
From your dashboard you will be able to view how your tasks and projects stand out in real time using colorful charts.

In addition, every project thumbnail on the dashboard can be associated with a unique image, allowing you to link a project to an image of a related product, customer logo, department, etc.

As with each new release, you can view the illustrative tutorial with more details on each of the above new features as well as the many more enhancements included with version 3.1.
