Multiple Currencies Maintenance




    1. Select the Admin option from MORE
    2. Click on the Currencies tab
    3. You will be prompted to define your default organization currency after you activate multi-currency support
    4. Add new Currency:
      Click to add a new currency support within your organization
    5. Set Next period exchange rates:
      Click to add the next (as of today) period exchange rates for the managed currencies
    6. Add new exchange rate period:
      Click to define exchange rates periods for the managed currencies. You can add periods in the past as well.
    7. Marks automatically created exchange rate as verified:
      Enabled only for exchange rates rows that require verification.
    8. Edit exchange rate:
      Click on the specific cell of appropriate foreign currency and update the exchange rate for the specific time period.
    9. Identifies that this exchange rate was defined automatically due to the lack of the exchange rate definition for the corresponding period. Verify the value and click Verified command in the toolbar.
    10. Click Save to apply changes. Click Cancel to undo unsaved changes.


  • To enable support of multiple currency go to Admin > System Settings and set Enable support of Multi-currency in the Module Activation category. By default this module is not activated.
  • Organization currency is initially defined in the Organization Settings. You will be prompted additionally to revise Organization Currency when you enter Currencies page in the Admin subsystem.
  • If you have filtered to see only specific foreign currency, then Add Next Rate period command will allow updating rate for this specific foreign currency only.
  • Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
