
- Add User:
Type First Name, Last Name and email address of the new users in the corresponding columns. - Uncheck Send an email invitation to this user for those users to whom you do not want to send the Welcome invitation email (for email-only users).
- Check External User check box for those users who are not employees of your organization and you want them to have limited access.
- Click OK to save new users in your organization.
- Invite New Users can be invoked from the Launch Pad of the Home page or from the Admin > Users page.
