Invite New Users



    1. Add User:
      Type First Name, Last Name and email address of the new users in the corresponding columns.
    2. Uncheck Send an email invitation to this user for those users to whom you do not want to send the Welcome invitation email (for email-only users).
    3. Check External User check box for those users who are not employees of your organization and you want them to have limited access.
    4. Click OK to save new users in your organization.


  • Invite New Users can be invoked from the Launch Pad of the Home page or from the Admin > Users page.
