User Interface Settings



    1. Select the Admin option from MORE
    2. Click on System settings tab.
    3. Expand User Interface Settings group to update appropriate settings.
    4. Highlight schedule changes:
      Set this option to highlight all schedule changes and impacted work items in work plan view (*)
    5. Define date display format:
      Select your preferred date display format.
    6. Click to include work item’s conflict indicator in the different work plan views.
    7. Click to include work item’s ID in the different work plan views.
    8. Click on Save to apply changes.


  • (*) In addition to setting organizational wide schedule highlighting preference, every user is able to choose for himself within the work plan view whether to highlight schedule changes or not.
  • Conflicts represents a contradiction indication between due dates of at least two project work items. Read more
  • You must click on the Save button in order to apply the changes to the system
