Scheduled Progress Report or Ad-hoc request



    1. Click on More and select the Admin option.
    2. Schedule progress reports requests:
      Select System Settings tab, open Task completion reporting Policy group and update the related settings.
    3. Activate progress reporting via email:
      Choose Updatable report option to enable reporting via email.
    4. Schedule progress report:
      Define on which days progress report will be summarized and sent to resources.
    5. Define life time of the progress report email:
      Set the number of days during which user can report his/her progress via specific periodic email.
    6. Ad-hoc progress report request:
      Select the work item you want to get an update on, right click mouse and select Send Update Request action to send a progress report email to all members working to complete tasks related to selected work item.


  • You are also able to define whether you are using actual and remaining efforts as progress indication or % completion, or both.
  • Scheduled progress reports are summarizing all relevant tasks from all active projects into one cohesive email, while ad-hoc progress report request is done on a specific project.
  • In case relevant task has no resources assigned, it will be sent to the task’s manager.
