Report Progress via Email



    1. Review your current tasks:
      View all your tasks to be reported from all different projects.
    2. Review current and expected progress:
      For each task, you will be able to view the currently reported progress and the expected progress.
    3. Click to match your actual progress with the expected progress.
    4. Update progress manually:
      If you prefer to update progress manually, click here to quickly update without logging into Clarizen.
    5. Update progress:
      Update the progress of each task and post a note.
    6. Click to submit the update to Clarizen. System will be automatically updated with the progress accordingly.


  • You will receive all tasks from all projects that need to be reported at this time
  • Task’s expected progress is calculated by Clarizen automatically.
  • By clicking on My progress is according to plan, values in Expected progress column will be saved in the % completed and will represent the actual progress.
  • Progress report emails can be scheduled automatically by administrator or requested ad-hoc in a specific project.
  • Within progress report email, user is also able to view upcoming tasks.
  • Progress reporting via email is periodical. After expiration you have an option to log into Clarizen or wait for the next periodical progress report email.
