
- Click on the Approvals tab to see Expense sheets awaiting your approval
- Expense sheet approvers simply need to click the Approve button to update the status of the submitted sheet.
- If needed, approver can Reopen submitted expense sheet. A good practice will be to write comments explaining the reason for reopening it (see Tooltip - 4).
- Double clicking on the Posts icon will open the window for comments and discussions.
- Use Show filter to see expense sheets in different states
- Approvals are used to monitor reported expenses, specifically:
- to check assignment of the expenses to specific projects and work items
- to check that all expenses that should be billed to the customer are properly marked as Billable
- other relevant scenarios
