Expense Sheet Approvals



    1. Click on the Approvals tab to see Expense sheets awaiting your approval
    2. Expense sheet approvers simply need to click the Approve button to update the status of the submitted sheet.
    3. If needed, approver can Reopen submitted expense sheet. A good practice will be to write comments explaining the reason for reopening it (see Tooltip - 4).
    4. Double clicking on the Posts icon will open the window for comments and discussions.
    5. Use Show filter to see expense sheets in different states


  • Approvals are used to monitor reported expenses, specifically:
    • to check assignment of the expenses to specific projects and work items
    • to check that all expenses that should be billed to the customer are properly marked as Billable
    • other relevant scenarios
