Subscription for Issue Notifications



    1. You can subscribe globally to either all or specific events for issues of any type.
    2. Choose a specific issue type to globally subscribe to either all or specific events within that specific issue type.
    3. Select an issue and use the right click context menu to subscribe to all or specific events that happen within that specific issue.
    4. Mark events on which you would like to receive email notifications.
    5. Click Save to save your subscription settings.


  • Clarizen allows you to subscribe to a set of email notifications driven by various events that happen during the lifecycle of issues:
    • On Assignment Change – triggered when the person Assigned to the issue is changed.
    • On My Assignment – triggered when you have been Assigned to an issue
    • On New Issue Submission – triggered when a  new issue is created
    • On State Change – triggered when the State of a specific issue is changed
    • On Passed Committed Due Date – triggered when a specific issue that is committed to the customer becomes past due based on the Committed Date to that customer.
