
- You can review / define the work required for issue resolution in the Related Work tab in the right side Info panel.
- Click here to link to existing work required for issue resolution. You can also create new work from this command.
- You can review progress and effort invested into work related to this issue.
- To find the related work item, enter part of the name in the Search box and click Go. You can also search for the parent of the work item and then drill down to the related project, milestone, or task.
- To narrow down your search to a specific type of a item, use the dropdown arrow of the search box
- Select Add Sub Project, Add Sub Milestone, or Add Sub Task if you would like to create new work items related to issue resolution under the selected work item.
- After selecting one or more work items that should be accomplished for issue resolution and click OK .
- If an issue is linked to related work, % Completed for issue resolution will be automatically updated with progress reported on related work items.
