
- Use the Show dropdown to filter presented issues by type: All, Bugs, Issues, Risks or Enhancement Requests.
- Use the in State filter to filter displayed issues their life cycle state.
- Use the that are dropdown to filter displayed issues by role-based criteria, such as Assigned to, Closed by me, etc.
- Use relevant Add menu to add an issue of the desired type. Corresponding Property card will be opened allowing you to enter data describing an issue.
- Use the Change State context menu to change an issue’s life cycle. Changing the issue’s state transfers an issue from one life cycle phase to another.
- You will be prompted to provide essential information about the passed phase and assign a person who will perform work during the next phase.
- The description of the issue is very important for making right decisions regarding the issue. Using Properties allows you to quickly go through the descriptions of open issues.
