Issues Page



    1. Use the Show dropdown to filter presented issues by type: All, Bugs, Issues, Risks or Enhancement Requests.
    2. Use the in State filter to filter displayed issues their life cycle state.
    3. Use the that are dropdown to filter displayed issues by role-based criteria, such as Assigned to, Closed by me, etc.
    4. Use relevant Add menu to add an issue of the desired type. Corresponding Property card will be opened allowing you to enter data describing an issue.
    5. Use the Change State context menu to change an issue’s life cycle. Changing the issue’s state transfers an issue from one life cycle phase to another.
    6. You will be prompted to provide essential information about the passed phase and assign a person who will perform work during the next phase.
    7. The description of the issue is very important for making right decisions regarding the issue. Using Properties allows you to quickly go through the descriptions of open issues.
