Issues & Customers in Clarizen Project Management Software



    1. You can see / define the customers that identified a specific issue in the Customers tab in the right side info panel.
    2. Click here to link customers to a selected issue.
    3. Mark customers that submitted a particular issue in the Submitted column.
    4. You can mark customers to whom you committed this issue’s resolution. If you committed resolution by a specific date, enter it to the Committed Date column. You will receive an alert in case the issue is not resolved on time.


  • If you have the proper authorization, you can also add new customers directly from the Customers tab.
