- In the General tab of the Property card you can find frequently required data related to an issue.
- The Life Cycle tab presents all data related to the life cycle of the issue, such as who opened and resolved an issue and when, resolution details, who evaluated the issue, etc.
- If you made changes to an issue’s properties, do not forget to Save them.
- The content of the property card tabs slightly differs depending on whether an issue is of Bug, Issue, Risk or Enhancement Request.
- The Risks property card contains an additional Assessment & Plan tab where you can define Probability, Impact of the risk, as well as describe Mitigation and Contingency plans.
