Issue Management Settings



    1. You can allow the Close command from any life cycle phase by checking this option.
    2. The Evaluation phase is not mandatory by default. You can make this phase mandatory by unsetting this option
    3. The Creator, Owner, and Evaluator of each issue will be subscribed automatically to State changed and Assignment changed notifications, if this option is checked.
    4. This option enables an authorization mechanism for managed issues. If not set, the system does not check any type of authorization except for External users.
