Initial Setup of Work Plan



    1. New project opened in the Current Project tab.
    2. Use the Add Child Task to add new work items; or use the Insert command to add new work items. Work items can be projects, milestones or tasks.
    3. Set Work Items Schedule:
      Define either the start date or the due date, as well as the duration of the work item.
    4. Add Dependency:
      Select one or more entities to connect by creating dependencies.
    5. Define Team: select or type in your team resources and their roles in the appropriate cells or use the icons. See Project’s specific roles (*) tutorial.
    6. Send invitation to team members:
      After Assigning roles (**) to the work item, you can send invitations by email to co-plan.

  • To add or insert an entity other than the default, click on the rectangle next to each command.
  • The project task duration can be set by days (d), hours (h) or weeks (w). Multiple dependencies can be created by selecting multiple items.
  • You can invite casual reviewers to your work items by clicking on the Send an email to your team members command.
