With Clarizen's Salesforce.com Integration, Salesforce.com users can create and view the progress of both Projects and Issues directly from Salesforce.com while staying connected with the Clarizen Today window.

From within Salesforce.com, users can access work items and view their status without needing to login to Clarizen. Clicking on the Projects opens it directly within Clarizen.

For example, a salesperson may get a feature request from a customer. Without needing to login, that salesperson can submit a feature request within Clarizen or link an existing project to a Salesforce.com Account, Opportunity, Case or Campaign. When progress is made on that feature request, the sales person will be able to see that directly from within Salesforce.com.

In addition, existing Clarizen projects can be linked directly with Salesforce.com Accounts, Opportunities or Campaigns. By linking a Salesforce.com account with a Clarizen project, you can now keep your customers up to date with the status of their requests. You can also access more detailed information by clicking on the view in Clarizen button to see the full project roadmap or mapping Clarizen custom fields directly into Salesforce.

You can get an overview of all your Clarizen project statuses from within a Salesforce.com Dashboard. Reports can be customized to suite your specific needs.

Clarizen Salesforce Integration supports Salesforce Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited editions and can be installed from the Salesforce AppExchange.
