Personal Calendars

The personal calendar in Clarizen Project Management Software allows you to define work, holiday and vacation days which will be reflected in the resource load from within the project. You can also define specific calendars per group, resource and individual projects. These calendars are reflected when scheduling your resources, so you will not be able to assign people to tasks on non-working or vacation days.

In addition, by setting a maximum capacity per organization, group or resource, you can determine what percentage of time a team member will be available to contribute to a project.
