Some of these features include the iPhone app for your mobile work force, the ability to create dynamic roadmap widgets directly from project reports, Gantt Chart widgets and a full-fledged email server that captures emails that originated from within Clarizen.
Enhanced Roadmap and Gantt Widget
With Clarizen V4.9 we've taken project visibility one step further by not only improving the roadmap widget capabilities but also adding Gantt Chart sharing as well. Now you can create dynamic Roadmaps and Gantts based on reports, meaning that you can specify what types of projects you'd like to see, what time frames, etc.
Clarizen iPhone App
Enable your mobile workforce to get all the information they need from Clarizen at the critical moment they need it. Users will have the ability to collaborate, review their work (tasks and issues), report on progress and timesheets, and even submit new work items from the field.
Import Issues
Just like the "import users" function, this feature will enable importing lists of issues from a CSV file containing a dynamic list of issue fields.
Personal Calendar Exception Types
Keep track of your employee's personal time off, educational trainings, etc., by marking the type of non-working day within the resource calendar and later create reports that summarize the time off by type.
Email Server
The Email server enables users to have complete interaction with the system through their emails. You can now start a conversation in Clarizen and continue to run it in your email. The entire conversation will be captured in the system as email objects that are attached to the appropriate work items and issues.
