New in System Setting

New useful system settings added due to customer requests.

  • In response to customers’ requests, the following System Settings were added:

    • Alerts & Highlights section
      • Create project Alerts for Super User - If true, Super Users will receive alerts from projects where they do not have any role (default – False).
      • Create project Highlights for Super User - If true, Super Users will receive highlights from the projects where they do not have any role (default – False).
      • Notify Super User when a new user is added to the organization - If true, Super Users receive a notification when new user is added to the organization (default – False).
    • Organizations, Users Licenses section
      • Allow upload of documents to Clarizen repository - if true, users of the organization are allowed to upload files to the Clarizen repository (default – True).
    • User Interface Settings section
      • Show effort related time in Hours - If true, Work, Actual Effort, Remaining Effort, and other effort related fields, will be shown by default in Hours. Otherwise, these fields will be shown in Days (default – True).

  • Following settings were deleted:

      • Show work item ID in system grids - If True, automatically shows column with work item identifier in the basic grid views (default – False). Now users can easily add / erase system generated identifiers (ID) column using new grid customization functionality.
