User Management



    1. Select the Admin option from MORE
    2. Click on Users tab.
    3. Click to add a new user to your organization (*)
    4. Click to add new users quickly and efficiently typing only mandatory data or import users from the file.
    5. Assign or revoke a license to a user:
      Select a user row and click on assign license or revoke license (pointing on the triangle) commands.
    6. Send email invitation to user:
      Select a user row and click on this command to re-send a Clarizen email invitation to the user.


  • (*) You are also able to add new users on the fly while building a project
  • Through the user management, you are able to assign or revoke a license from a user. To view your licenses, select the Licenses tab.
