- Set user’s mailing policy:
Define whether user should receive Clarizen emails and whether should be subscribed to project email notifications (*) - Define user’s manager.
- Set user’s organizational job title:
Reference the appropriate job title to the user. Corresponding rates will apply to the user accordingly (**) - Set user role:
Click here to view Your role in Clarizen. - Set user’s specific rates:
You can define user’s specific rates, regardless of his job title (**)
- (*) User’s subscription to emails can be set by the user himself
- (**) Assigning job title and rates to a specific user can be ad-hoc modified in the context of specific work items
- If your organization works with multiple currencies, rates can be defined in different currencies managed in your organization. To do so just type currency code after the value. For example: 100 USD, 60 EUR
