Organization Job Titles and Rates
- Select the Admin option from MORE
- Click on Job Titles tab.
- Click to add a new job title to your organization.
- Edit Job title:
(*) Set job title name and regular and overtime hourly cost and billing rates.
- (*) Job titles rates can be ad-hoc modified in the context of specific projects
- If your organization works with multiple currencies, rates can be defined in different currencies managed in your organization. To do so just type currency code after the value. For example: 100 USD, 60 EUR
- Assigning job title and rates to a specific user can be done in the user profile or ad-hoc modified in the context of specific work items
- In addition to your defined job titles, you are able to user Clarizen different predefined roles.
