What is a Billable Work Item?
A billable work item is one where hours reported against it would be used when calculating the amount due by a customer.
A non-billable work item is one where hours reported against it would not be used when calculating the amount due by a customer.
A non-billable work item is one where hours reported against it would not be used when calculating the amount due by a customer.
