Clarizen has released our latest Hot Fix and we wanted to bring your attention to two important features as requested by Clarizen users:

• Support Meeting Implementation and Not Full Day Event in iCal

Now when a user subscribes to an iCal, he/she will have the option to select whether he/she would like to view the tasks as all-day events (the current format), or as appointments. If the appointment option is selected, then tasks will span through its true duration according to the dates and hours defined at the level of the task.

• Invoice Filter for Project Summary Standard Time Tracking Report

We have added to the “Project Summary Report” a new runtime option to define whether the report should include both cost and revenue figures or only revenue figures. Many Clarizen users are employing this report to generate invoices for their customers and hence it is important for them to be able to hide the cost and profitability columns. With this Hot Fix we’ve made it simpler than ever – choose what best fits your need with a mere click.
