Experience & Special Knowledge
:
  • Experience in developing sophisticated web applications using JavaScript and Ajax.
  • Deep knowledge of the following areas:
  • Object oriented

  • CSS – advantage
  • Prototype.JS \ JQuery – advantage
  • Ajax
  • HTML
  • ASP.NET \ C#
  • SQL and database technologies

Education & Experience:

  • A self starter and quick learner comfortable in a fast paced environment where priorities change constantly
  • Problem solve to ensure prospects/clients have no barriers to using the solution
  • Identify any issues which inhibit user activity, communicate these to our SE/R&D team
  • Knowledge of Salesforce; other CRM tools; ASP/API; Web 2.0; SaaS; SOA; & general programming methodologies and Software Architecture
  • Social network savvy: Facebook; Linked In; Twitter
  • Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 5+ years of support, help desk and/or sales engineer experience required
  • Prior PM experience/PMP certification a huge bonus

Inside Sales Regional Business Manager -EMEA

Position: The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Regional Business Manager position is to manage the entire steps in the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing business.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual quota
  • Maintain a daily outbound phone contacting new leads
  • Provide prompt follow up to all inbound leads and properly document and track results (we receive thousands of downloads of our software each month)
  • Maintain constant pipeline with ability to effectively forecast business
  • Deliver online webinars presentations and demonstrations
  • Update SalesForce.com with all pertinent information related to the opportunity
Work Experience:
  • Experience selling to CTO, R&D, Product, and Marketing Project Managers
  • Proven ability to close $5K - $75K deals over the phone
  • Experience selling within a SaaS (software as service), subscription based model a plus
  • Experience with high volume selling and consultative selling methodologies is a must
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years international software sales experience with proven over achievement records of sales quota.
  • Ambitious, self-starter, with the ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Capable and willing to function according to measurable objectives
  • Ability to listen well, communicate and qualify effectively, over the telephone to all levels
  • Highly developed selling, customer oriented relations with strong forecasting and excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent English written, verbal essential; German & French language skills an advantage
