Clarizen provides users with maximum flexibility in budget tracking by enabling the definition of global organization billing rates as well as customizable billing rates based on a work item, task or resource role.
In addition, Clarizen allows you to define different costs and billing rates for both regular and overtime hours.
As a result, you can:
- Define global hourly rates for your resources or edit and customize billing rates for a specific role, a specific user or a specific project
- Define these rates either on the organization level (in the Admin Settings area) or inside the context of the actual project
- View projected and actual staff hours as they are planned and reported (view Time Tracking solution)
- Analyze burn rate and billing status for each project, each resource or each client
