How does it work?

Progress Reporting by Email ensures that project participants receive continuous and up to date emails of tasks' status.

Progress Reports are sent automatically to users, but managers can also perform a manual request from resources on project progress.

An email is sent to the user with all current active tasks.
The user can interactively select to 'Accept All' or to 'Manually Update' the data in the Progress Report.

• When selecting the 'Accept All' link, all data reported in the progress report is updated in the system.
• You can also login to your Clarizen account and make the changes you need. 

When selecting the 'Modify' button, a new report page is opened so that the user can edit required data. Once modified, data on the report page is updated to the system.
