External Resources

An external user is a person that does not belong to your organization hierarchically, but may participate in your projects. Clarizen enables you to collaborate with external users to allocate a certain portion of your project to this user.

You may grant the user any role which enables the user to participate in the project. External users cannot see any element of a project, unless they are allocated to a work item or parent work item.
