- What is a Time & Expense User?Along with the new edition break down, Clarizen is introducing a new type of subscription called Time & Expense.
This subscription type is available at a reduced price and will allow users access to the timesheets and expenses module, in addition to being able to report progress over email.
Time & Expense User Subscriptions must be purchased in conjunction with either the Professional or Enterprise Edition Subscriptions. - What is an Email Reporting User?Email Reporting Users receive project updates and update task progress via email without having to login to Clarizen.
Email Reporting access can be obtained in conjunction with either the Professional or Enterprise Edition Subscriptions. - I am already a Clarizen user, how can I upgrade my current subscriptions or buy more subscriptions?You can upgrade your current subscriptions or buy additional subscriptions using our order form.
- Is my subscription automatically renewed at the end of the term?Yes, unless we are notified otherwise. Contact us to let us know that you don't want to automatically renew your subscription.
- How does the 30-day free trial work?Sign up now for a Clarizen free trial and enjoy 30 days of using the full Clarizen platform with unlimited projects, users, tasks etc.
If you decide that don't want to continue using Clarizen after the triall period, you don't have to do anything: Your trial will end automatically and no monthly fees will be applied.
When you decide you would like to purchase a Clarizen Subscription, all data that you used in your trial account will be available in your full access purchased account. - Do I need a credit card to sign up?No. The 30-day free trial is 100% risk free and requires no credit card information.
