Invite New Users

Add new users quickly and efficiently typing only mandatory data

  1. #1 Add User:
    Type First Name, Last Name and email address of the new users in the corresponding columns.
  2. #2:
    Uncheck Send an email invitation to this user for those users to whom you do not want to send the Welcome invitation email (for email-only users).
  3. #3:
    Check External User check box for those users who are not employees of your organization and you want them to have limited access.
  4. #4:
    Click OK to save new users in your organization.
  • Invite New Users can be invoked from the Launch Pad of the Home page or from the Admin > Users page.
