Send a Group of Traceable Action Items | Outlook Add-in^Beta

1. Create/Open new email.
2. Click the 'Action Item' drop down button in the toolbar and select 'Add Action Items'.
3. Create your action items in the table where each row represents one action item.
4. After sending the message, action items are recorded as tasks in Clarizen grouped by the subject of the email (Use the email subject and body for a general description of the tasks).

Note: You can also link the action items to a specific project in your Clarizen organization by selecting a project from the ‘Link to Project’ menu.
