What issues were you looking to solve?

Ignite specializes in managing software outsourcing projects. We wanted a tool that will allow us to manage our own projects internally, within the organization. Looking forward, we are planning to provide our customers with access to relevant projects, offering them complete visibility to our working procedures and Clarizen allows us to do this easily and securely.

What type of projects does your company handle?

We offer technical consulting and software outsourcing services.
Our technical consulting services include architecture design, application benchmarking and tuning, proof of concept and outsourcing readiness.

Clarizen’s ProjectMail feature did a remarkable thing for us. Our team of project managers and software developers can now updated their project status at the end of the day using their email, they don’t have to login to the system. This is extremely handy and efficient; everything is much more transparent now.
